Sheriff's deputies arrested a man in Oceano Sunday morning after a witness saw him running through a neighborhood, naked.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. near Front Street and Bell Ridge.
That is when Dustin Michelson says he saw someone running through the street, tampering with cars, houses and garage doors.
He called the sheriff's department and when the dispatcher asked what type of clothing the suspect was wearing, Michelson realized the man was not wearing any.
"I was just kind of stunned, it was really bizarre and out of the ordinary," said Michelson. "Definitely keeping my doors locked, I let all my neighbors know and I talked to the owner over here, so I hope he lets his neighbors know and just keep an eye out."
Deputies arrested the man for public intoxication.
