It's National Public Health Week.
For nearly 20 years, this week-long celebration of public health helps educate the community. This year's focus is "Start Here.
Every day will highlight a different aspect of public health.
Monday is "Be Healthy from the Start." It's for everything ranging from maternal health and school nutrition to emergency.
Tuesday's theme is "Don't Panic" focusing on disaster preparedness starts with community-wide commitment and action.
Wednesday is "Get Out Ahead" focusing on how prevention is now a nationwide priority.
Thursday is "Eat Well," and Friday is "Be the Healthiest Nation in One Generation."
