NATO confirms troops killed in Afghanistan were Americans

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - NATO is now confirming that the six 6 troops killed in a roadside bombing Sunday in Afghanistan were Americans.

The Taliban say they're responsible for the blast which struck the soldiers in their armored vehicle, just south of Kabul.
