New San Luis Obispo County judge to be sworn in

San Luis Obispo County Superior Court swears in a new judge.
Last month, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the appointment of Jacquelyn Duffy, 43.
Prior to the appointment, Duffy served as a San Luis Obispo County deputy district attorney since 1997.
She fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Roger Picquet. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at 4 p.m.
