Good news for coffee drinkers, a new study dispels the myth that coffee leads to dehydration.
British researchers had a group of men drink equal amounts of either black coffee or water for three days, then had them switch to the opposite beverage for the same period of time.
Researchers found no significant differences in total body water or hydration status.
