Central Coast wine country is going to get some new exposure through a new website based out of San Luis Obispo.
SLO Vintners Association recently changed it's name to the SLO Wine Country Association and launched the website Tuesday in conjunction with that change.
It's designed to introduce people the wine region.
The creators say it's a fresh chapter for the association that's looking to add members, and bring in more tourists.
Heather Muran is the executive director of the SLO Wine Country Assoc. She told KSBY News, "The website is a great tool for people who are coming to visit our area not only to showcase our beautiful wine region but also showcase the unique qualities that bind us together as a growing region."
The launch of the website is also part of the "Farmfest Event" that's taking place in April at Dinosaur Caves Park in Pismo Beach.
