Clear skies and offshore winds will keep mostly sunny skies and warm temps in play for the Central Coast through Saturday. Highs in the lower to middle 70s for the coastal valleys, upper 60s and lower 70s for the beaches with low 70s in the interior valleys as well (even though the mornings could start with some low clouds in the valleys).
Sunday onshore flow returns and temperatures drop back into the 60s and lower 70s for the coastal valleys with lower 60s for the beaches.
Monday looks cool with lower to mid 60s before Tuesday and early Wednesday cold air (50s for highs) and rain. Primarily falling on Tuesday .25-1" of rain is possible and another system on Friday.
As the Central Coast is badly behind on rain and Feb. is prime time to get it, it comes at the perfect time.
