SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korean authorities say political circumstances on the Korean Peninsula have prompted them to refuse entry to hundreds of South Koreans who work at a jointly run factory park in the North.
Pyongyang's decision to refuse the workers today follows its repeated threats to stage nuclear and missile strikes on Seoul and Washington.
