No change in SB election outcome after ballot recount

The recount of the ballots cast in the City of Santa Barbara 2009 General Municipal Election has been completed. There is no change to the outcome of the election previously reported.

Earlier this week, officials found a vote counting machine did not properly read a portion of ballots cast.
