The Paso Robles Joint Unified School District has come up with a final offer for 2013-2014 school year.
Furlough days will be eliminated, but other cuts will be made.
Teachers in the district will see a 4.86 percent cut in pay next year. Certificated teacher work year will be 183 days, 180 student instruction days and 3 teacher work days.
Next year there will also be a new full-day kindergarten program.
The district says this is their final offer.
