"North by Northwest" screens under the stars tonight in Santa Barbara

If you're a film buff, this is an offer you can't pass up...
A 1959 Alfred Hitchcock classic, starring Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint is screening tonight, under the stars in Santa Barbara.... at the county courthouse sunken garden--and it's free.
"North by Northwest" is a thriller about a Madison Avenue advertising exec who's mistaken for a spy... and kidnapped.
When he manages to break free, he's pursued by criminals, the FBI, and a gorgeous, blonde ingenue.
It's certainly one of Hitchcock's best films and a lot of fun, to boot.
It's part of the UCSB Arts & Lectures series, "Alfred Hitchcock Nights: Eight Classic Films of Obsession, Mystery, and Suspense."
"North by northwest" screens at 8:30 tonight, with a very cool bonus, if you show up a half-hour early
Eva Marie Saint will be there in person for a special interview with a UCSB professor who's taught a long-running class on Hitchcock films.
The interview is at 8 o'clock, with the film to follow.
