A new study finds over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs, called NSAID's, do not increase a woman's risk of miscarriage.
Women are typically warned not to take ibuprofen or naproxen during the first trimester because it's been unclear if they affect pregnancy loss.
However, after studying data on more than 65,000 women, researchers found no association between exposure to NSAID's and miscarriage risk.
