The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is planning a visit to the Central Coast Monday.

Members of the commission are visiting the Diablo Canyon Power Plant to inform community leaders about the plant's licensing renewal process.

But not all parties are happy about the visit.

California's Energy Commissioner says PG&E filed renewal papers with the NRC before addressing citizen's concerns, and without following protocol.

On the other side, the NRC says they will hold several public forums to address the community's questions about the process.
