Nungaray pleads not guilty in death of neighbor

Man accused of stabbing neighbor enters plea in court.

The San Luis Obispo man accused of strangling his neighbor back in September pleaded not guilty in court Monday.

Edmund Nungaray is charged in the death of Deidre Crowley, 46 at their apartment complex on Bullock Lane.

Nungaray's jury trial is scheduled for July 8th.
