OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - Oakland police are investigating four fatal shootings that took place within six hours Friday in different parts of the city.
The Oakland Tribune (http://bit.ly/ZIXOd8 ) reports the first fatal shooting took place around 2:30 p.m. when a 22-year-old Oakland man was shot to death in East Oakland.
The second fatal shooting was reported around 3 p.m. Friday when a 30-year-old Stockton man was found shot to death in the city's Glenview district.
Then around 4:15 p.m., a 20-year-old Oakland man was found shot in his car after the vehicle had come to a stop in a driveway of a home.
Around 8:15 p.m., a 17-year-old boy was shot and killed in East Oakland.
Oakland police have not name any suspects in the shootings, but said the shootings involved what police spokeswoman Johnna Watson described as "several identified groups" that were involved in feuds.
