Today we could learn more about several government initiatives designed to boost science, technology, engineering and math education in schools.

President Obama is set to deliver remarks on the new campaign, called "Educate to Innovate," this morning. It will focus mainly on out-of-school activities in which middle and high school students participate.

The President is expected to ask companies and non-profit groups to spend plenty of time and money encouraging students to pursue those subjects.
