Oceano woman accused of attempting to smuggle marijuana into jail

A 43-year-old Oceano woman is accused of trying to smuggle in marijuana for an inmate at the San Luis Obispo County Jail Tuesday.

Sheriff's Deputies said Helen Bace was acting suspicious outside the jail. Bace was booked into jail after a baggie of marijuana was dropped off near the jail, which deputies said was intended for her friend in custody.
