The OCSD will hear public comment regarding its proposed water and sewer rate increases Wednesday night.

The increases vary depending on the type of customer and how much water is used. For a residential customer using 20 units of water, a bi-monthly bill would increase from about $79 to $92. Between the years 2014 and 2015, that bill would jump to $99.

Sewer customers would see their bill increase from about $9 to about $17.

The board will also discuss putting future water sales on the ballot.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. in the OCSD Board Room.
