Officials responding to reports of a drowning victim at Refugio Beach

Santa Barbara County Fire officials say they're responding to reports of a drowning victim at Refugio Beach.
They say officers are still at the scene, and the victim is listed as critical condition.
Park Rangers and bystanders started performing CPR after the victim was pulled from the water.
No information on the age or gender of the victim have been released.
