'Oh, My Aching Back!' lecture at local hospital

If back pain is becoming a real pain in your neck, a seminar at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center may just be your remedy.

Those who attend will learn some of the common causes of back and neck pain and treatment options that are available.

Back and neck pain affects nearly 80 percent of adults at some point in their lifetime, according to doctors at the hospital.
