LAS VEGAS (AP) - OJ Simpson is hoping for a new trial on a robbery conviction when he returns to court today in Las Vegas.
Simpson's attorneys will argue that his attorney during the trial, Yale Galanter, should not have been handling the case because Galanter was a witness and should have been testifying in Simpson's defense.
Simpson was convicted of armed robbery in a hotel room confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers.
