Old Town Orcutt hosts first ever Oil Rush Days

16 businesses in Old Town Orcutt are doing a series of giveaways until the end of April.

It's all part of Old Town Orcutt's first ever "Oil Rush Days."

Participating businesses are giving away over $1300 in gift cards and prizes.

To win, you just have to pick up a savings brochure from one of the stores and get it signed off.

Doc Burnstein's and Rooney's Irish Pub are two of the businesses getting involved.

"The Oil Rush Days are really an exciting way for people to come down and discover Old Orcutt. There's so many new businesses in the last few years, and this place is just such an exciting place to be," said Greg Steinberger, the Founder of Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab.

"Old Orcutt is a little gem along the Central Coast, and it's up and coming. We've got a lot of new restaurants coming into town," said Lincoln White, a bar tender at Rooney's Pub

Oil Rush Days continues until April 30th.
