Another local classroom is benefiting from KSBY and SLO Dental's One Class at a Time grant.
Ashley Reed's second grade class at Bonita School in Santa Maria received the $250 grant today.
Reed says her school recently adopted a new math program. Her students use their white boards every day, but they are getting a little run down.
"I plan to use the grant money for a classroom set of white boards, markers and erasers," Reed said, "Also other classroom supplies like glue sticks, pencils, other things that we need inside the classroom."
Reed says she has 24 students in her class.
