NEW YORK (AP) - One retail analyst says the Web is becoming a more significant part of the holiday shopping season.

According to IBM Benchmark, which tracks online sales, Cyber Monday shopping was up at least 28 percent over last year.

For the holiday season-to-date, comScore, another tracking firm, found that $13.7 billion has been spent online.
