The marine low clouds never clear for some today and right now we are watching them march back into the coastal valleys.

The onshore push will increase tomorrow, cooling the temps down. However the afternoon winds look to be as strong as 30 which should partially mix out the marine clouds for a day we'll call partly cloudy.

Details in this forecast video clip with chief meteorologist Dave Hovde.
