CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - Venezuela's opposition presidential candidate is demanding a recount, following a razor-thin loss in Sunday special election.
Nicolas Maduro, who was hand-picked by the late president Hugo Chavez, won by less than 235,000 votes.
Challenger Henrique Capriles (ehn-REE'-kay kah-PREE'-lays) says he won't accept the results and is calling for a full recount.
