The wet weather didn't stop people in Orcutt from getting into the holiday spirit.
Organizers at the 48th annual Old Town Christmas Parade say a light but enthusiastic crowd showed up to Saturday's event.
"I'm on the road all the time so this is the first time i get to be with my kids and be at the parade," said Joel Behm, a resident of Orcutt.
Organizers say there was a break in the rain just in time for the festivities.
