Organizers of Savor the Central Coast have announced the first few details of this year's event. It will happen September 27-30.

Last year's event featured 38 local chefs, 200 wineries and a variety of opportunities to interact with Sunset Magazine editors at more than a dozen different events.

It also turned out to be a major boost for the local economy. Organizers said pre-sale tickets last year exceeded total ticket sales for the year prior.
