Out and About with JT: Kayaking with Margarita Adventures

Our summer-like weather has arrived early and that has a lot of people looking to get out and about on a body of water. Well the folks at Margarita adventures have made that easy to do. Margarita Adventures are known for their zip-lining adventures, But they've extended the options for outdoor fun to Santa Margarita Lake. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you can show up for a tour of the lake and it's open to all ages. For small children they have a third seat they can add to the boats so the kiddies don't even have to paddle if they don't want to. They can focus on the wildlife like eagles herons and pelicans. "We start at one of the launch ramps and the tour is approximately three hours of paddling and we'll paddle up and explore some of the different canyons that are up on the lake and we'll bring binoculars and they get to see wildlife." says Brittany Tomakso of Margarita Adventures They offer tours for all levels, no prior experience necessary. They say there is a lot of wildlife on the lake they'd like children to have access to seeing and learning about, so they really cater to the kids in the hopes of sparking their love of the outdoors.
