Pacific Wildlife Care in Morro Bay is expected to release a second Golden Eagle back into the wild Thursday.

Last month, the rehabilitation center released a six month old Golden Eagle. The center says it had been found starving in a San Miguel backyard.

The Golden Eagle that will be released Thursday was originally brought to the center back in February. It was found in the road on Highway 101, near Santa Margarita.
