After a City Council meeting that lasted until nearly 2:30 in the morning, the Pismo Beach City Council decided to send most of the plans related to the Spanish Springs development back to the developer to make changes.

Santa Barbara Police are searching for a man who stabbed another man to death Tuesday night.
Investigators say it happened on 900 block of Santa Barbara Street around 10:50 p.m. Officers say they found a 57-year-old man suffering from life-threatening stab wounds, and transported him to a nearby hospital.
He was pronounced dead at 11:30 p.m. The victim is known to be homeless in Santa Barbara. No arrests have been made.
