The Santa Barbara Police Department has identified the woman hit and killed by a small SUV Sunday.

A crash involving a big rig and a motorcycle or moped is slowing traffic on Tank Farm Road in San Luis Obispo.
The crash happened just before 10:40 a.m. Iin the 200 block of Tank Farm Rd. The CHP says emergency personnel were just arriving on scene and it wasn't clear if anyone was injured.

The California Highway Patrol says a single vehicle crash is slowing traffic on Highway 101 through Paso Robles.
The crash happened just after 10:20 a.m. near the South Spring Street ramp on Highway 101 South, according to the CHP.
The vehicle is blocking one lane, according to the CHP. No word yet if anyone was injured.
