Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department officials say they located a panga boat early Wednesday morning.
Officials tell us the boat was spotted west of Gaviota State Beach near Hollister Ranch.
The U.S. Coast Guard, California State Parks, U.S. Border Patrol, and the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department are all on scene looking for suspects.
Some suspects are in custody.
Panga boats are typically used to smuggle drugs into the United States.
