Paraglider stuck in tree rescued

A paraglider was rescued over the weekend, after he got stuck in a tree, about 80 feet from the ground.

It happened at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday near Rattlesnake Trail and Skofield Park in Santa Barbara County. When they arrived, Santa Barbara County Search and Rescue found a 36-year-old man hanging in the tree over a creek bed.

The man was visiting from New York. He was not injured.
