Lab rats that were once paralyzed are walking and running again because of ongoing research in Switzerland.
The researchers used a robotic harness plus electrical-chemical stimulation on the rats.
Some of the animals began moving voluntarily after a few weeks on the therapy.
The researchers expect to begin clinical trials in human patients within the next two years.
