While most parents feel their kids are healthier for participating in sports, many admit the foods they eat while juggling practices and games are not the best choices.

Focus groups of parents who had kids who play sports reveal the most common foods found in sports settings include sweets, salty snacks, sodas, and sports drinks.

The parents also said they rely on fast food for meals when they have games or practice.

While many knew this was an unhealthy practice, none of the parents said they had attempted to change.
