Paso Robles man arrested after "tagging" public property

Just after 12:00 Tuesday night Paso Robles Police were called out to the 100 block of Niblick Road after a witness reported seeing a suspect vandalize shopping carts return sign, then fleeing the scene in a vehicle.

Based on information provided from a witness, Paso Robles Police positively identify Skip Edward Moses, 20 and arrested him for vandalism. Moses was booked into the Paso Robles Police Department detention facility.

The investigation into the vandalism activity is linked to Moses is ongoing. Community members are encouraged to call Paso Robles Police Department if they have any information or Crime Stoppers at 805-549-STOP.
