Paso Robles Police looking for at-risk adult

Police need your help finding a missing man in Paso Robles.
82-year-old Ryzard Michal Herman was last seen on Wednesday, July 11.
Police say he is an at-risk adult. Herman lives near Spring and 1st Streets.
He walks with a cane and a limp. Herman speaks Polish and suffers from dementia, according to officers.
Police say he is diabetic and needs medication.
If you see Herman, you are asked to call police or 911.
