People from all over California come to Pismo Beach for crossfit competition

The Central Coast was exposed to a new kind of sport this weekend.
Wodtoberfest was a crossfit competition put on by Crossfit Five Citites and Central Coast Crossfit.
Wod stands for "workout of the day."
Saturday's competition included lifting, a beach run, and a keg schlep, among other events.
Fifty competitors from all over California competed in the event.
Organizers say crossfit is a large-growing sport that started airing on ESPN last year.
