An employment fair hosted by PG&E attracted hundreds of people to the San Luis Obispo area Friday.
The company is looking to hire workers to assist with two planned maintenance and refueling outages scheduled at Diablo Canyon Power Plant next year.
There's also information about full-time positions at the power plant and opportunities with other businesses that work with PG&E.
The two sessions are from 2:30 to 4:30 PM and 5:30 to 7:30 PM on Friday, October 4. The job fair is located at the PG&E Energy Education Center at 6588 Ontario Road, San Luis Obispo.
The first session attracted more than 500 job seekers.
