PG&E crews are working to restore power to parts of San Luis Obispo County.

A PG&E spokesman says about 2,000 customers in areas of San Luis Obispo, Santa Margarita and parts of Highway 1 lost power at around 8:20 a.m.

PG&E does have crews on the way and estimates that power should be back up before noon. No word yet on what caused that outage.
