RAW VIDEO: Panga boat discovered near Piedras Blancas

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies made one arrest after finding a panga boat near the Piedras Blancas lighthouse early Tuesday.

Deputies say one man was taken into custody but four others got away. No drugs were found on the boat.
