According to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office, a plane crashed into a chemical building Monday afternoon.
Officials say evacuations have been ordered in the area, but they have not released the exact location of the evacuations.
CAL FIRE crews and San Luis Obispo City Fire crews are at the scene.
According to a KSBY crew at the scene, the plane hit power lines and crashed into Promega. It also hit a FedEx truck.
Promega is a biotechnology company.
