WACO, Texas (AP) - The president, the governor and a Texas senator will all make remarks today at a memorial to victims killed in a Central Texas fertilizer plant blast.
President Barack Obama had already planned to be in the state for the dedication of former President George W. Bush's presidential library at Southern Methodist University.
Sen. John Cornyn and Texas Gov. Rick Perry will also attend the memorial to 14 firefighters and other first-responders who died.
