San Luis Obispo police arrested a Paso Robles man on Friday night for allegedly prowling in a San Luis Obispo neighborhood.
Police say they found 30-year-old Timothy Kasinger in the 1100 block of Seward Street at about 9:20 p.m.
Officers say they saw Kasinger standing on a private property in front of a home's living room window. They say the window was open and the screen was partially off.
Police say Kasinger ducked down behind a hedge when he saw police headlights.
San Luis Obispo police questioned Kasinger and found he did not live at the house and did not have permission to be there.
Police arrested him for prowling and peeping in a residence.
The San Luis Obispo Police Department is still investigating to find out if there are any more victims in this case.
They ask anyone with more information to contact them.
