A man from Lompoc is in jail for drug charges after police say he was arrested Wednesday night.

Lompoc Police and the Santa Barbara County Narcotics Enforcement team say they had been investigating 36 year old Angel Espinoza for months.

On Wednesday night they say the searched two homes on South X and North V Streets in Lompoc.

Police and drug enforcement officials found more than 56 grams of methamphetamine, more than $5,000 cash, packaging materials, cell phones, a police scanner, and a stun gun.

They say the drugs are valued around $5,600.

Espinoza faces various drug charges and also charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
