Police arrest man in SLO on suspicion of possessing stolen property

One man is under arrest and police are looking for another in connection to a case of stolen property.

San Luis Obispo Police arrested Luis Javier Martin, 18, Sunday morning in the area of Kentucky and Fredericks Streets.

Officers say he was in possession of items that were stolen from nearby parked cars.

He faces charges of possession of stolen property and resisting arrest.

Police are looking for a second man who ran away from the scene.
