Police arrested a Lompoc man Monday on a felony charge of possession of child pornography.
Police say they arrested Carl Brickey, 56, at his home after a three-month investigation. They started investigating him in August after employees of a local internet café reported he was viewing sexually-suggestive images of young children. Police say the business gave investigators the computer Brickey had been using.
Detectives were able to get enough evidence to obtain a search warrant for Brickey's home. There, they say they found more images and evidence.
Brickey was booked into the Lompoc jail with bail set at $20,000.
