Police arrest two men for stealing from cars

Paso Robles Police say two people are in jail for allegedly breaking into cars and stealing items.

Police say Thursday night around 9:00 the received a call about suspicious activity in a parking lot at Barney Schwartz Park on Union Rd. Police say they found two people they say were responsible and arrested them.

Officers say Jesse Wallraven, 26, of Paso Robles, had stolen property and drugs on him. They say he was with a 15 year old who was also arrested.

Wallraven was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail, and the 15 year old was booked into the SLO Co. Juvenile Services Center.

Police want to remind people to lock their cars and to not leave valuables inside the car, even if it is locked.
