Police investigating theft at Paso Robles store

Paso Robles police are looking for several people who took money from a store on the 1400 block of Creston Road on Tuesday.

It happened at El Korita just after 1:00 pm.

Police say four women approached the business, but only two went inside. They say one of the women inside the store distracted the clerk, while the other woman took cash from the front counter. They then left the store, joined the two other women and got into a nearby vehicle, which was last seen northbound on Creston Road.

Police say the women are described as Hispanic. Two were 50-60 years old and the other two were in their 20s. The vehicle is described as a full-sized, dark-colored SUV. It was driven by a Hispanic man.
