Police looking for man who they say fired shots at Santa Maria apartment complex

Police are looking for a man who they say fired shots at a Santa Maria apartment complex over the weekend. Santa Maria Police say Teodulfo Rodriguez Ramirez, 27, from Santa Maria, fired the shots in the 1200 block of W. Bethel during an argument Sunday around 5 a.m. Police say Ramirez, who is wanted for possession of stolen property and negligently discharging a firearm in a school zone, should be considered armed and dangerous. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5'6'', 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes possibly driving a white 1994 Honda Accord with license plate 6HZL148. Police say, if seen, call law enforcement immediately and do not approach Ramirez.
